Su Jingyue marries Lu Chengyuan for love and hands over the Su Group to him over ten years. She catches her husband being intimate with Wang Mei, her widowed sister-in-law. Her investigation uncovers a shocking fraud: Wang Mei is actually Lu Chengyuan’s ex-wife, and Lu Zihao is their biological son. The three of them conspired to defraud her into marriage and seize her family’s assets. Awakened to the truth, Su Jingyue teams up with her brother Su Tian and her lawyer best friend Shen Wei. At the celebration banquet, she presents irrefutable evidence and exposes everything publicly. The scoundrel and his accomplice are sent to prison. In the end, she regains control of the Su Group, sets up a women’s support fund, and lives life on her own terms.
