There is so much confusion in the news today about which foods are good and which are bad.  Which diet is healthy - Low fat?  Low Carb? High Protein?  Mediterranean?  Paleo?  Vegan?  And are supplements really necessary?  How do you choose good supplements?  How do you know if they are working?

In this group we will debunk old myths, share only evidenced based research, programs and products.  We encourage your questions and discussion.
