Friends don't let friends drink diet soda!

Most of us drink diet soda to reduce the sugar content in our diet – at first glimpse a good idea.  Fewer calories might even translate into shedding a few pounds right?  Well according to studies funded by the National Institutes of Health, people who drink diet sodas actually gain weight at a higher incidence than non-diet soda drinkers.   But weight gain is the least of the problems with diet sodas sweetened with chemical sweeteners.   It also makes you more susceptible to dental caries, contributes to leaky gut syndrome and some studies show it causes kidney damage and increases your risk for diabetes.

And if that is not bad enough, when the temperature of ASPARTAME exceeds 86 degrees F (in the gut) the wood alcohol in ASPARTAME converts to formaldehyde and then to formic acid, which in turn causes metabolic acidosis. Formic acid is the poison found in the sting of fire ants. The methanol toxicity mimics, among other conditions, multiple sclerosis and systemic lupus. Many people were being diagnosed in error. Although multiple sclerosis is not a death sentence, Methanol toxicity is!

If you have any of these symptoms you may be experiencing ASPARTAME poisoning. Eliminate diet soda and see if you don't start feeling better!
Joint pain,
Unexplainable depression
Anxiety attacks
Slurred speech
Blurred vision
Memory loss

STOP drinking diet sodas and be alert for Aspartame on food labels. Many products are fortified with it.
